If you can, have the hvac scanned for codes, prolly have a bad servo preventing the windscreen vents for opening. I have a similar issue with the blower, if I run it on hi, I randomly hear the blower...

yes, if your old pads have the wear sensor on...

yes, if your old pads have the wear sensor on them you can cut the plug off the old pads leaving an inch or so of wire. braid the 2 wires together and cover in hot glue or some kind of weather...

i think OP is china manufactured and so are platted rotors. may need to have them turned before installing them but they stay true through out their life

I have run the orbital rotors on my rears, I liked them, never had warping...

they do fit, friend had H&R FWD A6 springs on his S4 for a few years but the rear spring rate is different, S6 has a heavier ass than fwd A6 so the handeling is off, more understeer I believe.

you can remove the two screens from the MAF, it is supposed to net you a 20% increase in airflow, or so has been said in the past. But I think you will feel better response if you pull them

$11-12 will get you a KO4 sedan. turbos are a hit or miss wether they gonna pop quick or not, 01 is a better year for that as the turbos breath easier with some modifcation made by Audi in 01.

keeping the thing inside the hose should keep any noise and vibrations from occuring. I've been on a rebuilt hose from Spokan for about 4 years with no issues, well maybe a minor weep

RGB cables will not run 1080, they run 720i/p and no sound. HDMI cable carries stereo sound through the cable, not sure when one end is DVI but I'm guessing no sound.
