Fair enough. I'm at 190k miles now with no fluid or filter changes (though I don't recommend that)..

No reason for me to change it now. I've had it for about 60k miles and it's always done the stupid rough shifting.

So to clear up the word "normal" I suggest: "common, not correct."

I leave the shifter in 3rd until I KNOW I'm going to do above 40, where mine shifts to 4th

Hesitation after EGR cleaning. Vacuum leak at the gasket?

Also noticed that one of the spark plug wires would not sit tightly on the rear driver's side plug. I'm at 182k now so I ordered some new Bosch wires for good measure. I've been plagued with hunting...
