I found it a little frustrating actually that Audi still says that it doesnt need servicing even though the RoW and ZF Australia have all said that these boxes need it. Bit daft really.

Yeah, I was aware of the bulletin, but it was not issued for Aust vehicles.

Even as recently as 2 months ago, Audi stated that the box did not need servicing.
