So it seems that you're getting close to the same milage that I'm getting. It's interesting that we're both able to get such great milage while the car is rated at only 27 mph (hwy).

I did not do any additional calculations, I am simply reporting what is visible to me when I look at the dash. To perform the test, I get on the highway, reset the AvgMPG readout, and drive.
