I had them done on both the X5M and the 750. They replaced the rotors on both. You can always tell, because the rotor hats get rusty and nasty.

I've never heard of a brake job being done without at least turning them. Trying to bed new pads on top of the crap left over from the old ones is guaranteed to kill them.

As the others have said, I wouldn't get one that wasn't a Prestige. I also wouldn't get one that wasn't black. Out of those 2, I'd take neither. Keep looking for a better one.

Depends how you drive it. My old A6 used about a quart between changes. If you drive it hard, its gonna use oil. All motors are like that. My Hemis used to use 1.5-2 quarts between changes too.
