To get it back to the stock 402 -

you are 16mm lower in the front, you will need to raise it the 16mm to do that you subtract 16 from 402 which is 386 for both fronts and a 377 for both rears.

Those numbers should set you back to...

If I were to swap my allroad over to a coilover set-up, I would probably go with a C5 A6 set. Like Stasis/Ohlin, Bilstein PSS9 or possably a KW.
I would machine a set of 2" spacers out of aluminum...

until there is a hole. I would contact AoA on this. If the dealership can push you off through the 12 year limit, then they are not liable. Did you get they're answer in writing?
