recall was for the plenum and to remove the drain..

Specifically "51655599 Clean air plenum area and remove drain" JU Campaign

Causes water to flood the rear pass and front pass floor.

No codes for it, everything else works.. but..

I might have a water issue since we had the recall for the water on the floor. it was noted on the work order for the recall so maybe I can get it covered as related damage to the recall...

I did it myself for:

$520 clutch kit (RS4)...

theres 3 bolts on each side in the front, 2 in the motor mount and 1 in the subframe. I removed the one in the subframe and loosened the others. it too a wee bit of persuasion to get it out but it...

I didnt get an more pics but it was a real PITA.. tho once you drop the subframe it isn't too bad. putting the subframe back in was kinda daunting till I found out how to realign it and it worked...
