Check for a cracked boot by the fuel distributor. It needs vacuum to raise the metering plate. Sound like you're not getting fuel.

Check the ISV (idle stabilizer valve). Don't take apart the FD, you will never be able to put it back together again. You can try lifting the plate in the FD to see if fuel if entering the injector.
