Will a 245/50 18 inch tire fit on my car?

I've got some nice winter tires in that size from a friend, but I don't know if the slightly wider and taller tire will fit. Anyone know?

Stock is 235 wide, but I can get my hands on some free dunlop winters that are 245/45 18's. Will the wider tires rub and will they fit on the stock wheels?

I have the two resonator LaBree system. The exhaust MIGHT fit in the Avant.

It fit in my MDX with the seats down and the front of it between the two front seats.
