This guy is trying to tell me that his ballasts are better. I wouldn't let him change them regardless. Just want the bulbs to work. Looks like I may be going OEM and getting it over with.

PCV is operating properly but they are concerned...

PCV is operating properly but they are concerned it froze, so they replaced it. Also new valve cover gaskets. Mechanic says it's in good shape now.
