I can't say for sure as I am not an APR representative or an Audi representative but I would assume it would void your warranty. Does the APR tune come with a warranty like Stasis has?

The only thing I can think of is possibly the traction control is activating because of the sharp turn and necessary, hard acceleration to get up to speed. Is the roof rack installed, both bars?
