zero/calibrate speedo needle

The speedo needle in my 06 A6 all of the sudden is sitting quite a but bellow 0 when the car is off.

Is there any way to zero/calibrate speedo needle so that it goes back to the correct position?

I've got exactly the same long crank issue you describe. I've never gotten any low battery warnings but I'll see if I can get a decently priced module to replace mine.

Try pushing it when the car is stopped.
