completely coated rotor ..

sounds like you have an exhaust leak too ,, and id be checking oil pressure.

i would say that is likely an aftermarket rotor , i have seen that lots . just poor quality Metallurgy in a harsh environment. Try a coated rotor next time of good quality

Id be really surprised...

not sure , but im not sure why vacum indicates its bad. You should definitely have suction when you take the oil cap off though , and it should stumble.

the purpose of doing this is not to say its the belt... if the noise is still there it is nothing driven by that belt, if the noise is gone . now you have narrowed down the problem.

i have never in all my years dealing with this motor ever heard of this chain breaking .. i would say more likely your tensioner broke on a 2011 as you never updated it from the original high failure...
