Just checked my dipstick. Oil (which was recently changed as well), is clean as a whistle. No signs of coolant in the oil, which is good.

I'm going to clean out the reservoir tomorrow and refill...

Broke tab on 3rd brake light housing...

Trying to replace the 10 little bulbs back there.

It looks like the piece of it with the tabs is bonded to the window glass. Any fix for this??

I may just have to velcro tape it back together....

Thermostat diagnosis help....

A friend of mine has a 2000 A4 1.8T and said the car was running cool most of the time and wasn't getting heat.

I told her that was classic symptoms of a bad thermostat and her mechanic agreed...

Although, there is some confusion that his some might have the same name. Car was so mint when I got it, you couldn't believe it.

I think he traded it in on Porche something or other too.

Seems a lot of our Audi S4/S6 cars had some rather high profile original owners. We know Martina Navartalova owned a '93 S4, Mike Valentine had a '92, and pretty sure Jennefer Connely had a '95.5...

I might have pulled the trigger on it. Hope it goes to a good home. Looks like a clean unmolested example of a '93 S4.

No, not easy... Do you mean on the interior door panel, or on the exterior of the car.

I found that the chrome piping at the top of my door panel started to get cloudy and I couldn't get it...
