I had the same thing happen to my audi (when I owned it) a 2000 2.7T. Lost lights, turn signals, wipers etc. Dealer indicated it was a 'relay' that just went, they replaced it and back in business....

unfortunately i scrutinize EVERYsound I hear as it usually morphs....

into the sound of the cash register for a repair with my car....but I've found keeping my radio nice and loud has helped me get past this.....

and I control mine directly on the iPod. it is an option in the setup and the icelink manual tells you how to switch back and forth between radio vs iPod display control.... i believe you can do...

OK thx guys...more noticeable when cold..but it wasn't noticeable previously....

at all....I recognize the 'normal' turbo whine...I just seemed to notice this new tone recently..... then again, maybe I need to turn down my radio...only 120K on the odometer...so just a knee jerk...
