Thank you...I have found calipers without the servo motor for the brake. Can I just do that option? The mechanic is concerned that the rebuild won't last and would prefer to do the caliper...

Left rear caliper blown

Pad light came on last week and 2 days later, lost the brakes. Mechanic said it's a blown left rear caliper. Wants me to replace both...!!!

Do I replace both?

Where is the best place to buy...

Mech insisted it was the fuel pumps. I suggested the relays.

It was the relay

intermittent failure to start ...finally failed

Car had a couple of instances of it not starting but just the other day it started and then stalled in the street.initial OBD diagnostic gave a fuel pump code, and my mech has to do a VAG com...

My A8 never had noise issues, but rather, there would be 'lateral' movement when cornering and some hard up/down wheel travel over irregular surfaces

It worked after I turned car off for a while. Weird. But I have noticed that the phone doesn't always automatically pair. Hmmmm..possibly a gremlin in the new phone.

My note 2 hooked up, albeit, at a poorer quality than expected. But with my new note4, the car nor the phone are seeing each other. Anybody have a resolution?

One more thing mishar, or whomever, can answer. Is the consensus that Iones best option is to vacuum from the outlet in the wheel well? Where are the rear inlets at the top of the car?

have people noticed if the rear drains have been displaced? i have been reading of some accounts of the rear inlets being shifted from their clips.

so, a P code came up....the tech forgot to write it down but thought it was P3089. He said it was "Electronic Fuel Management Malfunction - Intermittent"

Any advice?
