The whole process seems to be a lot more complicated than what I initially thought.

Aren't the side mirror housing that need to be changed only the bottom part of the mirrors, for which the color is the same (dark gray/black) regardless of what the body color is?

I wonder why pre-sense only works for moving objects.
Wouldn't it be better if it also worked for stationary objects?
e.g.) car stopped at a red light, wall, random animal/person on a road, etc.

I'd be interested in this retrofit if the parts were like $1000...
$2900 is just too far beyond my budget...honestly I don't think the parts cost anywhere near of $2900...what a rip off.

It resembles a larger A3 and smaller A6 from the pics...the A4 needs its own identity. (but so do most of Audi's models...they all look a like a little...

I also wish the steering wheel would stay warmer for a longer period of time, but it seems to lose heat shortly after it gets...

I believe the retrofit can be done both on premium plus and prestige.
You would have to purchase the parts and either install it yourself or ask your dealer or a 3rd party for help.

You can retrofit the side and front view cameras if that's what you're after, and this way, you'll save ton of money compared to selling your 12 and buying a new 14.
