Its about $4k too high. I got a 2005 S4 with 70k miles back in August for $17,900. Loaded like yours, except for the aftermarket wheels. I also got the remaining 2.5 years of full warranty...

Absolutely awesome car, but they were only allowed in the US for 2007 and 2008. Try and find one of these even now for under $40k.

I agree. I owned a 2001 C5 for 8 years, and the S4 was the closest thing I could find, performance wise, for the price. But with the added benefit of being able to drive the vehicle year round now...
