The specs on the site list the boat at 3,200 lbs dry
There's no way the trailer you're using is only 400lbs. Something seems to be off with your numbers.
Then again, if you've had the rig weighed I apologize.

I'm not speaking from experience or anything but...
perhaps chosing an offshore powerboat motor (think BIG block V8 supercharged) could be an option.
I don't think there is as much electronic trickery on the boat motor, from the factory it's...

You've got a 20 foot boat that weighs 3,600lbs with a trailer?
What brand of boat is it?
That's pretty darn light for a 20 footer.

You're not factoring in the dry weight of the trailer without the boat.
Check out my setup.

Nice little car that.
The exhaust definitly pops and farts allot as the driver makes quick progress. It was a dsg model.

Ranger is rated for up to 6k lbs properly equipped
An Auto transmission 4x4 such as mine can pull 5,600.
The boat and trailer and fuel ect. comes in around 4,500.

Check the hitch on your truck

Be mindful of your trailer tongue weights
From the look of the trailer a significant portion of the car's weight will be carried buy your truck's hitch.
Your tongue weight may push you into needing some sort of weight distribution setup...

The service interval on the Desmo valves has been extended to 12k kms
on the new Monsters.
And it's about a $500 job. Not cheap, but certainly not as bad as the older models were.

Shrug, you're bragging about how fast you're driving in the right snow covered lane
Likely passing on the right as well I'd gather which is also not a smart thing to do.
