I have the exact issue you have, only on my Audi TT. Bought a VAG-COM cable and software, and viewed the clutch, brake, engage, resume/acclerate, decel switches all appearing to work properly....

I'm having trouble getting the lower radiator hose back on tight enough for the clip to hold it. This is a 2.8 ATQ.

Is there some trick here? Lube the o-ring? Mechanical leverage?
