I should know better than to take my car there...but it's a holiday weekend and I am busy. Sure enough, wheel damage. Like most here, I know my car inside and out. I know ever scratch and ding. I noticed the damage the first time I got into my car after I took it from the car wash. The damage is on the drivers side rear mostly. I approached my car from the passenger side and walked around the front and didn't look at the rear wheel. It has to happen there. I took it back and they said there is no way the damage would have happened there. I'm going to call the manager next week to see if he can resolve this. If not, I'll have to find another avenue of resolution.

She was just trying to have it cleaned since I took her car to to the tires and oil.

The car subframe actually got stuck on the wash guide because it is lowered. It scraped off a dollar bill sized section of the protective undercoating.

They would not do anything BTW. Good luck.
