I ordered a 2020 S7 in November. The car was delivered to the Port in RI in early March. As of May 8th, the car is still there waiting for a part. The part is being shipped from Germany and has to be installed before the car leaves the Port.
I was only told it was Dashboard related and is for the A7s and S7s.
Does anyone know what the exact issue is ?

Well Ive had mine for a couple of months now and have noticed that the dash seems to make a lot of crackling noises that seem to be related to thermal differences when starting out. I'm in AZ and its very hot here already and I have a feeling that the cold air blasting out of the outlets in the dash some how make the plastic crackle or something. It does go away when the car cools down but it is noticeable since the car is so quiet.
Not sure if this is the issue but I plan on addressing it when I take it in for the first service. .

I asked the service manager about it today and it was the first she had heard of any dashboard issues.

Audi did replace top part dashboard in my 2020 S7 while it was in the RI Port. The issue is related to if the passenger airbag is deployed, it would not line up perfectly where the dashboard is pre-split for its deployment. I'm set to receive the car at the dealer within a week.

Picked it up yesterday. Very pleased. Luxury, Performance and Technology. Prestige, Avalon Green, Sport Package, Luxury Package and Night Vision.

It is very responsive and handles great. The exhaust sound in Sport mode it great - just enough and not too muscle-car like.
I have not pushed it too hard yet. The dealer recommends to wait until after 1,000 miles.

Looks great. Photo looks blue, rather than green. Could you post a picture with the wheels?Thanks. Also, assuming the OEM tires are summer only, what are your plans for tires in the winter?

Yes, the color is what I hoped. Not that green, more of a turquoise. I have complete set of almost new OEM 19" All-Season's from a '19 A7 that I'll put on after the Summer.
