Default Where and on what ship is my S7 going?

I'm trying to track my S7's voyage from Germany to US, which according to my dealer's screenshot shows a ship load date of 7/19 and port arrival ETA of 8/6. I assumed it was shipping out of Emden but screenshot and my SA email didn't indicate the port of departure.. The Seven Seas Highway (SSH) did arrive at Emden on 7/18 and leave 7/19 and I thus assume that this must be the ship that picked up my car. However, the ship's itinerary on the VW logistics website indicates an arrival at Davisville, RI (my dealer is in RI) on 7/29, not 8/6 as my dealer's screenshot would seem to indicate. Is the Audi screenshot wrong? Or is my car on another ship or could it have left from another port? No other ships to Davisville left Emden on 7/18 or 7/19.

The ETA on the VW Logistics site indicates SSH port arrival at Davisville on 7/29 as mentioned but it then stops at Houston 8/4 and Veracruz, MX on 8/6. Could this last date be the reason why the ETA for port arrival on the screen shot is 8/6? From what I can tell the ETA for port arrival should indicate the date it arrives where the car is being dropped off, in this case, Davisville, RI. Is my car slated to be shipped erroneously to Mexico (a bit paranoid, I know)?

Last info. posted on Marine Traffic shows ETA in Davisville of 7/28, but your SA should be able to confirm if it's on the SSH.

The good news is since you're picking it up @ Inskip (Audi Warwick), it won't take long to transport from the port, once it clears customs and goes through port services @ NORAD.

Congrats on the S7!

I have had my S7 a bit over a week now and you will like it I am sure. I live in the NW and mine came into Houson but it was trucked up fast and the predelivery servicing went quick also. Since I ordered it back in March the whole thing was wait and delivery date adjustments. It got to port later than I thought but then made it to the dealer faster. I am sure it is not going to Mexico.

Just requested the ship name from my SA.

emcman congrats on the new S7. Can't wait for mine....hopefully SA will tell me Audi made a mistake and it will be arriving in port on the SSH on 7/28.

I assume someone (your SA) ran a query today @ 8:07 and it shows the ETD (estimated time of departure) from Germany as 7/15/14. Per my prior post, the Seven Seas Highway actually departed Emden on 7/19 and is scheduled to arrive in Davisville, RI on Tues. 7/28 - since you're in PA, I'd guess you'd probably get your car within a week thereof.

My SA confirmed that my S7 is on the SSH. The arrival time in Davisville has been corrected on Audi's latest screenshot from 8/6 to 7/29 although VW Logistics still shows 7/28 as port arrival.

I have been following SSH daily since before it got into Emden port. The SSH did not depart Emden on 7/15. it arrived there 7/18 and departed 7/19 directly to Davisville. As a result I'm not sure what that date means for Lukfilm's car transport. However, after following my own car I've learned that you cannot trust dates from Audi at all. They are often incorrect. Maybe the date given to Lukfilm is the depart date but it is just incorrect.

Lukfilm- maybe make another queary about your car and see if a different date comes up.
