Default VCDS Fault 21583

So i scaned today my car with vcds and got this error
21583- Loss of crankshaft synchronization
P191A 00(104)
Fault status : 0000001
Fault priority: 2
Fault Frequency: 9
Milage: 156442 Km
Date: 2021.11.28

So basicly happened few days ago, i bought a car 2 weeks ago, and it runs great all fine, one bit od thing i found is when im stoping and starting from full stop, it goes E1 and then fast E2 gear, and it juders a bit, could this be conected with this error, i want to go and make full gearbox flush and service as its one Stronic, but should i wory abaut error from above, it will be god damn hasle to fight against old owner if i have to....

Any more details on the car such as year? I can see it has 156k kms on it - has it had any engine work done on it?

First thing I would be doing is clearing codes and seeing if they return. Before spending anything related to the gearbox I'd also be doing an engine oil change and getting the old oil analysed for metal fragments.

Also, did you buy the car from a private seller or dealer? If from a private seller I would assume you are on your own (unless you got some kind of written guarantee/warranty?).

Is Eco mode (E1, E2) configured by default where you are located (not US?)?
For sure the gear number is not so I assume, since you talk about fast (automatic) E1 to E2 changes, that someone coded Eco mode?
Eco mode always tries to upshift ASAP it is by design.
What does it do in Drive or Sport?

Its 2015 A6 C7 with V6 3.0 motor 218Ps, S-tronic gearbox,, i think its stronic as i cant find anywhere where too look for version of gearbox, but i dont have shifters on steering whele, and it has 8 speeds...This year in Febuary it had Chain and all stuf with it serviced, its still under waranty....i cleared codes with vcds 2 days ago and yesterday i scaned again and there was no any faults still reported, car is bought trought dealer, from guy who bought it in that dealership, and ordered new 2021 a6 and in price of new sold them this car, so i have 1 year waranty from dealer, but but....if there is a problem its stil bigh husle to fight with them , and dealership i bought it from is like 200km from my home....

There is nothing caled thatway like eco mode or something to switch on mmi or on gearbox, but on tacho i have E1- to E8, its gears, and if i put gearbox in Sport mode, it goes from S1 to S8....I live in Austria...in sport mode i didnt have problems with jerking on start from 0kmh....

OK. Sorry I don't know much about the RoW stuff, but it sounds like you are maybe mixed up...8-speed is not s-tronic... it only has 7-speeds. I don't know if RoW is already coded to have numeric gear displayed standard. I did not think so, but I do not know.
So either you have a 218PS 3.0TDI with 7-spd s-tronic or you have a 313+PS 3.0TDI with the 8-spd tiptronic.
Otherwise if you are sure about the engine spec and it has 8-spds then maybe someone swapped your engine or trans? That would be quite strange.
Also you don't have regular "Drive" mode D1 to D8?

And this is the C7 S6 forum.
C7 A6 forum is here. (Technically I think in 2015 RoW you have a C7.5, but there is no separate forum for the facelift.)

You're best off asking this in the C7 A6 discussion group instead as this group is for the C7 S6 with the 4.0TT V8.
