Got in my 2014 S6 with 8K mi yesterday morning. Pressed start then put car in "D". Engine immediately dies, "check engine" and "ESC" warning lights present on display. Electrical system still functions but engine is unresponsive. Start button, brake pedal and steering wheel completely locked. Once again towed to dealer who cannot find any faults.

2nd time in <2 months. Beyond frustrating!!

I'm not aware of any jurisdiction in which two attempts to fix the same problem constitute grounds for a lemon law claim.

It varies by jurisdiction, as does the definition of "serious". (I'm WELL aware of this based on personal experience.) My point was mainly to the n00b posting "lemon." as his sole contribution to the thread...
