Looking For Suggestions; S6 20" Wheels < $350
I was hoping someone could give me some suggestions for 20" wheels that will clear the brakes on my S6. I posted this on another forum but it seems like the user base is different between them so figured I would try here too.
Tirerack has basically nothing for < 500 that says it will fit. I tried a set from a different online vendor that were shown to fit based on their tools, and of course after receiving them found they don't clear the brakes. I was also interested in the Konig Oversteer 20x9.5", but after contacting Konig directly they said the wheels won't clear the brakes. I found those on the DiscountTire selector under S6 compatibility. I also went through the 20" wheel pic thread on here but the majority of S6s on there had forged wheels, which I don't really want to drop the money on. I don't care if I have to roll fenders and have some rubbing, just want them to clear the brakes. Also was hoping to get 9" or 9.5" to have the ability to run wider than stock tires some day if I make them for track use. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

Hey there, I'm not sure what offsets and profiles you have had previous experience with, but I have done the C7 S6 plenty of times with no issues clearing the brakes.
I typically run a 20x9 on that car. I have my flow forged line at $485 a wheel, but offer my cast wheels at $415 each. DM me, maybe we can work something out.

Here is a C7 S6 we did a the same wheel in a 20" Bronze to give you an idea of they look like on the car.

In went with the Hartmann HRS6-091-GS 5x112 r14 +29 Stock Gloss Silver $370.00 each. Although offset is quite different (29 vs. 45) it clears fine. Only issue is you have to switch to R14 lug bolts (from Q vehicles) vs. the stock R13. Since I run my stock wheels & Blizzak 255/35-20 tires in winter I have to be careful to not mix up lug bolts.
Running Michelin PSS 265s, slightly wider than stock 255s. No clearance issues and the offset gives it a better look..
