VCDS with Mac

I figured one of you guys would have an answer for this. I am looking to buy a VCDS but use a MacBook Air. I do run VMWare Fusion on it also and am wondering if it works with that. I don't use bootcamp. If it does run with Fusion which OS is the optimal to use in the VM.

It should work fine with any PC emulator on a Mac. The system requirements are listed on the Ross-Tech website but I believe any recent version of Windows is supported.

I use Parallels on my MBP running windows 7 with no issues.
