Yup!
I get a kick out of exceeding what I attained when behaving myself with the RS4 (22-23mpg @ 73mph on CC), and as I posted, we have several runs of over 300 miles to and from Maine which got 28 mpg @ 65-80 mph or so. In her A4 Allroad on trips, our best has been 27 mpg...so clearly, it makes more sense to own an immensely powerful ubertank!

Very good. I'm guessing you live in a pretty flat area. Where I live is hilly but still managed a 28.2 final read-out last week. It helps to keep the wife happy when you point out the gas mileage.

Not to rain on anyone's parade (these results are great, and better than what I get), but unless you've adjusted it in VCDS, the reading from the center display is a solid 2-3 MPG "optimistic" versus real world economy in my experience.

3 MPG would be more than 10% off. I have never see any computer off that much. And if you are talking about in the lower range it becomes even more absurd. When I calculated mine it was off by about 4% which would have been a little over 1 mpg in the above case.

One of the important things to me is the range of a vehicle which is just as much a function of fuel economy as fuel capacity. The fuel economy and range in this vehicle help to make it one heck of a touring car.
