Power Steering "update"
Got this done when the car was in for the fuel line recall. It came back super-light; that is, it feels more like the A6/A7 than the S models.
A step backward, imho.

Got the update last week.
The Dynamic setting feels lighter to me at low speed, but when on the highway it feels like it gets tighter. Or maybe I'm just imagining it?

I'm very happy with the update. It exhibits none of the shenanigans of before and the tracking is now the most precise of any car I've owned. Furthermore, I actually get some road feel through the steering wheel now.

I thought I was imagining the road feel after the update. It is SIGNIFICANTLY lighter than previous. However definitely more accurate so it is just taking some getting used to. Unfortunately switching back and forth from a M5 is killing me. The M5 doesn't even feel like it has power steering when compared to the S6.

You are correct. I just had my 5k service and they updated the steering. It is lighter at lower speeds and it does get heavier at higher speeds. I also think there was a bit more road feel, but not sure
