The night vision "free" is interesting. I just purchased a '15 S6 and while it is a "free" option, I guess it needs to be selected in order to be included. Since the car was one which was sent to the dealer and not special ordered by myself, I don't have it. Otherwise, the car is pretty much loaded except for the B&O and the $2K option for the seats.
Frankly, the lack of night vision on my car isn't that big a deal; I had it on an A7 which I traded and I used it only twice. The nice-to-haves that I did want and are now standard were the LED's and HUD - my personal opinion is that the S6 (and probably the A6) is pretty much a perfect car. Others would probably disagree, but I found the A7 to be too large and sloppy...but that's all subjective.
