2016 S6 35K service done, 200 miles later turbo blows
I just had my 35k service done on my 2016 S6, and driving home last night heard weird noise then the car started to idle rough. When I got to a light it died and didn't want to start again. I got home and checked this morning and it started but sounded like metal on metal coming from the top of the motor. I drove a little over 200 miles since the service and this happened.
I had the car towed to dealer and they confirmed the turbos where blown.
They are going to call AoA to see if they can get help.
Any thoughts how I should handle this?

Audi is picking up the cost minus diagnostic fee of $159 and towing to the dealer.
I am really not feeling comfortable with the car anymore when something this expensive fails at 35k miles, so not sure how long I am going to keep when I get it back. dealer has had it 1 week should have it within 10 days of taking it in for service.

Being a repair shop we always hate it when something breaks shortly after service. It happens and I completely understand one's thinking the service center caused the issue. Not knowing what was done it is hard to guess if they were at fault. I agree that 35k is scary early to have a turbo fail. But it does happen. It should be covered and there is no way that this customer should have to pay the $159 Diagnostic fee on a warrantied item. That is total stealership greed.
