New intercooler installed!!

Good job. However, I would expect that the top rows won't .....
see much flow through them. I know that there are fitment issues having the exit outlet at the top (side) but it would be a lot more efficient use of the core if the exit was at the top (side). Nevertheless, what you have will likely be a lot better than the stock intercooler. Personally, I am still voting for the vertical flow (bottom to top) intercooler design like NotCrapple is running (based on Gary Lewis' previous ownership and work on that car).
Hey NotCrapple - got any photos (bumper off) of your IC?

Yea, I see what your saying but at this point I'm not worried about it...
There are guys on the S2 forum running this same intercooler in 500hp setups with no problems and they are happy with the results. I like the verticle flow idea but I don't like that so much of the airflow is restricted by the end tank sitting in the way at the bottom. I had the Dave Stone intercooler on my S4 and it was one of the best mods I ever did but it cost $2400 and I have less than $400 into this one so far and the core is the same.

I beg to differ.
When cheaper FMIC kits are released soon, that will be ~ $1,000 cheaper then the aforementioned kit, that won't require hours of dremel duty to fit it, I can't see your point of view.
From where I'm standing, it's grossly over priced. That's my opinion, and I base it on fact, and I'm entitled to it as you are to yours. Maybe his cuts/welds are a work of art, but that's not what I'm after. I want a reasonably priced kit that I can bolt on and dose not require tons of cutting.
I'll be buying my core when spring comes and me and a friend are going to build it for under $500, and it will be just as good as the one you have. It may not be s pretty, but that's not on my list of priority.
