Wow, you d00ds post a lot! And a WARNING...

I have a source...
Specialty Wholesaler that a fabricator friend of mine gave me contact info local to me in NY.
I got my caliper to bracket bolts from him. When I went there to pick the bolts up they just laughed when I told him I only needed four. I could see bins inside that had thousands of bolts in them.
Tell me (email me) exactly what you need and I can call and see if he has them.

For the archives...
For a BBK using 993TT calipers, RS2 brackets, and A8L D2 rotors (or 993TT rotors and custom hats), the bolt should be like thusly:
M12 x 1.5mm thread pitch x 25mm length. It should have a flanged hex bolt head, with knurling on the bottom side of the flange (just like the stock bolts). The bolt head size should end up to be 17mm - just like the stock bolt.
The stock ones also have some sort of green corrosion inhibitor on them.

Full data on the factory RS2 bolts, including grades, torque specs, and pic (edited)
<center><img src="http://pictureposter.audiworld.com/101316/bbk_bolts.jpg"></center><p>
Bolts are;
RS2 bracket to hub carrier:
P/N: N 100 880 03
Bolt, with hex socket head M12X1,5X25 (Grade 8.8)
993TT caliper to RS2 bracket:
P/N: N 100 650 02
Bolt, with hex socket head M12X1,5X70 (Grade 10.9)
Torque for both bolts is 85 newton meters or about 63 lb-ft (thanks to A-CQ for the torque specs)
WARNING: The factory spec for the G60 bracket to carrier bolts is way too high (those bolts are grade 12.9), and will damage the RS2 bolts.
Note that US dealers will just look at you funny if you give them these part numbers- they're Euro only, but any of the usual Euro part suppliers should be able to source them without any problems.
You need 4 of each total (2 of each per side).

Two things...
1.) Those bracket->hub bolts are not available at your local dealer (as you said). Euro only, *but* vagparts.com did a big "huh?" when I asked, using the proper part number. The dimensions are correct, and yes, it's a socket-head. Ours are flanged hex-head - I wonder why the disparity?
This is the whole reason why I sourced the bolts locally - the brackets came from vagparts.com, and the only hassle started when I wanted to bolt them up to the strut and vagparts didn't seem to know what I was talking about.
2.) My 993TT caliper->bracket bolts have "10.9" on them. They are Porsche parts, directly from a Porsche dealer (Bensco.) Maybe the originals were 8.8, and have been superceded?

My very, very bad- factory bracket-hub are actually 8.8, caliper-bracket are 10.9
I just dug out my factory bolts and double checked them. Sorry for the misinformation, folks. Thanks for the catch, SilberUrS6.

8.8? Hmmmm.
Weird. The stock bolts caliper->hub carrier are 10.9 (at least on my car). How odd that the RS2 set up is less.
OK, here's the $0.64 question: what's the torque spec on the RS2 bracket->carrier bolts?

It would be great to find out...
- What the Porsche part numbers & specs are for the same application.
- What the torque specs are for both the RS2 and Porsche OE apps.
An open question all along has been whether these are "use once" (torque to yield) or reusable bolts. Unless we know both bolt and torque spec, there's no real way to know.

Here's what little I know...
StopTech says to use 60 ft-lbs caliper -> bracket. Which isn't exactly right, because they have a custom bracket that uses studs and nuts. I set my bolts to 60 ft-lbs, and that seems plenty tight to me.
The stock bolts caliper->hub carrier get 148 ft-lbs, according to Bob Bent (Robert Bentley). That's what I used (after cutting off 10mm to make them the right length), and I re-used my original bolts. Bob Bent does not say to replace these guys. I ASSume, therefore, that they can be re-used. So I did. If I could get ahold of the proper RS2 bolts, I'd use those instead.
