There is light at the end of the tunnel (dial up beware)
After 4 days, I'm about 90% done the suspension overhaul.
Things that set me back were the broken brake line and the outer CV joints. Got a new brake line installed today and picking up a used set of rear axles tomorrow (thanks to Gabriel).
After that, I'll put the rear brakes on and the exhaust.

V8 differential going in (I ended up painting the shield and handbrake braket, the oil on the fuel tank is from a leaking right rear seal on the old diff which I cleaned off later):

Cleaned up the muffler tips, had to wet sand it, steel wool didn't cut it.

Nice job, your car will ride like new again!
P.S. If you want some nice, and cheap exhaust tips... go to Walmart in the auto rice section... (yes sounds crazy), but you can get 2" chrome tips that you can modify and they look great.

Well Done! One question for you....
I also have a 92 spec sub frame and swaybar that I hope to install one (or 2,3) day this summer.. however I do not have the links that go from te end of the swaybar to the hub carrier, do you know what part # this may be? Also, do you need to have 92 hubs as well? I see your old ones laying in the pile of parts.
I also have the same diff leak on the right seal....what a PITA! Mine is a 95.5 with 117K on the clock. I also own a 90 V8 that has been sitting in the barn for about a year and have been contemplating whether I should scavange the rear end from it or just try and source one from somewhere. Seems not right to take it from the V8, she still runs well but has an endless list of little nagging problems that bug the sh*t out of me so I retired her for now.
thanks.

Thanks. For the sway bar links part number, see picture.

The 92 hub is actually slightly different and has a small hole drilled and tapped to hold the bracket (#13) for the sway bar link (see bolt #15).
You could use the later hubs and drill and tap said hole and pick up a pair of brackets.
Also, the ABS sensor bracket is different too (#19).
For the diff, the right seal is pretty easy to get to once you pull the axle. The hub is held on by one small bolt and it slides out. The right seal is cheap too (<$5) as its used on VW applications too. The left seal is a bit harder and much more expensive, $70.
