Default 2.5 year production is misleading
that is a model year reference, i'm sure. audi is subtle even when training its personnel in order to NOT let on about the new B8 A5/S5 coming out. i guess that MY 2007s will be those first made and those made in spring of CY 2007 (the last few) will be 2008s. i don't know how they get 2.5 yrs. unless they are planning to expand the size of quattro by then and start making the new RS6 (spring 2007) alongside the last few RS4s....
