Some pics from VIR today...
Had a blast. 28 degrees this morning...seems to be the usual.
Got up to 55 degrees later in the day. perfect weather. Car was handling like a dream. Sway bar was definitely noticeable. Car was not leaning nearly as much. Made the transition from traction to track out a very fine line with the R's, but was a blast.
The pics:

Yea, it's pretty crazy the different makes/models of cars. Normally, it's like an audi event...
or an NSX event, or something like that. This is a Z club that has combined with another sports car club (Tarheels). They are both from NC. Anyway, the tarheel group makes up most of the exotic and interesting looking cars.
Have the fun is walking around the paddock and checking out the cars!
OH, and yes, you have to try this. Just like crack, you gotta hit that track.

Oh yea. He was movin'! Unbelievable to see the Miatas (instructor's group) passing z06's.
The vettes have 3x the power, but the miatas STILL pass on the straight, cause they dominate the vette's in the corners.
