Scammed BY Euro Persona.
I was scammed off by Euro Persona and their website is http://www.europersona.com I don't know if they are affiliated with Moto
Persona. I have been reading this forum for about a year, never posted
anything until now. Anyway, I just go to point..
I live in toronto canada, and I have owned 98.5 Audi A4 I have been doing some modifications to my audi, external and interior, just couple weeks ago I lost a job at one company
that I was working for, which force me to sell my car,Before I got my
letter from company : there were few things that I have never had chance
to finish, I was installing symphony radio into my car , a lot of thing I
have modify to fit it, I didn't want to buy the OEM parts because of the
cost at the dealer were too expensive.. one day I have been on ebay looking for parts with my friend and we found the whole center console with trim/ buttons and mountings for symphony radio from Euro Persona who was selling
on ebay, my friend bid it for me, and we won the auction on July 25 of 2002. I was happy that I won the parts so I could install it into my car
and enjoy the finish, I have exchanged info with the guy (I want to keep his name Anonymous), and I have send him cash which was like 45 us that
included shipping and won item, I know money are not big but I paid him.
After he received the money on August 5, he told me that he needs to remove it and it will take couple days so I said ok fine. On August 14 he emailed me stating that he removed the console and other parts and will ship
shortly, I was waiting for it. Then after he was delaying and then he told me he shipped the items to me.. So on september 14 I email him asking if he shipped it and I told him at that time that I sold my car, and I need those
parts to put them into car I sold, the buyer requested to finish the
console remove the stuff I made and fix it with proper parts.. I told the buyer that the parts are coming from US and they should be shortly here. so I emailed euro persona again, and we exchange emails without any results,
about 5-10 times .. The buyer who bought the car was very upset that this
whole thing is taking that much time to fix it, and started to telling me
that he will put pressure on me through court to come up with parts, so I
email Euro persona, and no results , I didn't want to get in more trouble
so I endup going to dealer and paid total of 849 cdn for parts which is
about 550 us and fix the car so the buyer would stop harrasing me.I am fed
up to top of my head with this, so I want to let everybody know about it
and maybe get him better attention and at least he will be honest and send
me my money back.. if he does so I will cancel my postings.

Europersona is NOT in any way affiliated with MotoPersona...
they emailed MotoPersona about the name, Rob told them he'd appreciate it if they did NOT use the name Europersona, as there are plenty of names an d niches out there, and they used it anyway.
