call me crazy, but wouldn't you want 100% throttle when you put your foot down?

Sure, there may be a split second moment of hesitation, but if you are on a track (read the one with curves), I want all the fuel and air going into the pretty little cyilinders that I can get. Not just 86 some odd percent.
