differences between 2000 and 2001 S4

Oops, I posted this to the orignal S cars forum, which I assume is for the mid 90's models. So here it is in the correct forum... Sorry.

What's are the differences between the 2000 and 2001 s4?

I'm looking at getting one, so if anyone in the Minneapolis area has a black one with a 6 speed for sale, drop me a line. The dealers here want $36k for a 2001 and $33k for a 2000, but book price is much lower than this. What are people paying for used s4's?
