Blowing off boost on throttle off instead of recycling it back to the intake would seem to be less efficient and would result in a little less power when the throttle is opened up again. The recycled pressure (bypass valve) can only help by increasing the intake pressure momentarily, important during a quick power shift. Am I wrong?
