The way I see it, is...(assuming stock or chipped)

$8-9k is a clean 100,000 mi S4 with a reasonable and complete maintenance record.

10-12k around 60k mi, 10 if no TB etc., 12 if so.

16k+ S3, add $1k for every 10,000 mi under 100,000, IE 20 grand is a Stage 3 60,000 mile car with the timing belt done.

In my book, that's reasonable...
