Default I guess I need a caliper after all...poop

So I have the rear passenger caliper all back together and the brake is dragging hardcore.

The piston was moving tight when I had it off the car but I didn't think it was THAT bad.

Weird that the piston moved in and out of the caliper EFFORTLESSLY when the inner seal was removed... makes me wonder if I could just replace the seal and it'd be ok?

Opinions?

Where can I buy a rebuild kit if it came to that? Otherwise I guess I'll buy a caliper... been avoiding that like the plague(feeling like a cheapskate with this) Ha.

Thanks.

Default STOP and think about it....

you don't want to do a half *** job on your brakes man. Specially just one side, you are walking on a very thin line by doing that.
DO the right thing and at least rebuild both calipers, I would replace them both.

When doing brakes you should do both sides. If you just change one caliper the new one will have more bite than the older on the other side, making your car pull to the side under brake.
On rear you can really loose control of the car.

Default If you know what you are doing go for the rebuild, otherwise I'd buy another set. I think you can

turn the cores into purems if you buy the calipers from them. FYI
