Here's my question...you state a 91 file...have ANY of these been ran on a Cali 91 car?

Sorry, but I know of one RS6 car(formerly in CA) and 2 PJK04 cars that have had issues and nothing has been resolved. What's to say if I spend $7K+ on this kit that I won't be spending the next year trying to get kinks worked out? Just asking...as I know people are wondering out here on the WC(CA). Do you recommend upgrading anything internally also...well, let me rephrase that...do you have to(for the noobs)?
