Well, I hit the drag strip last night for a second time. The following factors were different than my last best of 12.2@115.99
UPDATED: Just remembered I was running 17" superlegerras on r-comps last time and my 18" BBS rs-gt's on Goodyear F1's last night... whoops
exhaust open after the downpipes vs through APR's full stealthback exhaust
closer to true 104 this time: ~1 gal 93, 5 gal 104, 1 gal 110, all unleaded vs 1 gal 93 and 5 gal 104
The weather was significanly warmer mid 70s vs high 30s
My two goals for the night were to see traps of 120+ and an 11. Before I list my times I also need to mention I am not sure if my flipswitch was working properly. Normally when I set it to a different program it would stay in that mode, but last night it seemed to keep resetting to slot 1. For example, I would set the chip so the CEL flashed three times (slot 3) and let the car sit. If I turned the car off or went to switch modes again it would start back at 1 flash and not 3 like normally (I have four slots so its not cycling around). I'm not sure if my chip was just acting funny or if I was actually in 93 octane mode, but I know the difference didn't feel as drastic the last time I went from 93 to 104. My ET's say 104, but my traps say 93... If anyone has dealt with a similar situation please chime in... I'll post my full slip for the fastest and ET and traps for the others.

I was absolutely amazed by how consistent the rest of my times were. This car could kick some serious *** bracket racing.
12.053@116.45 - 1.737 60'
12.064@116.42 - 1.732 60'
12.075@116.72 - 1.764 60'
12.214@115.72 - 1.739 60' (first run of the night, shifting sucked)
Anyhow, I'm really happy with the 11's, but not too excited that I didn't even pick up 1mph after dropping the exhaust... I checked the 1/4 mile database and it looks like I have the slowest trap for 11's so it looks like my rowing skills are up to speed
Edit: Car was full weight... Nothing removed besides mid pipes. My race weight last time was 3720 so it was probably close to this last night.

My APR stg 3 switches to program 1 when switching from any other program .You have to go through
all the programs 1,2,3,4 every time tou switch ..
Some times my 104 code tskes a while to adapt..

EMCS always starts at 1 each time - congrats on the 11 sec pass!
I saw 2-3mph increase by opening up my exhaust, so I agree that seems a bit lower in your case.
Are you sure about 110 unleaded? I don't believe 110 unleaded exists.

speaking of 104 octane.. you say apr will run 104 code after adding torco with 93?
A local guy has some and I plan on trying it. Do you mix a can with a full tank of gas, or less?

Works great. I mix one can of Torco to 10 gallons of 93 (as per instructions)...
I know form experimentation (intentionally running the car out of gas) that with 10 gallons, my fuel gauge reads halfway between 1/2 tank and 3/4 tank. I also have a pretty good idea how much fuel is left in my tank near empty (~2 gallons) so I usually only add 8 gallons of 93 with the Torco.
I don't know why, but there are no cold start issues whatsoever with Torco. I've been meaning to log some runs with it to check on the actual timimg performance but I've had too much going on lately.

I asked the guy at the pump and they said they had all the way up to 116 unleaded....
I didn't know it existed either until that... Maybe he was wrong. What did it take you to get to 120's? I'm waiting on some brackets to put in some seats so I can drop about 70lbs, but I don't know if I want to put much more money into the car at this point.
