and one customer complained about what appeared to be a SAC issue. The shop that installed insisted that they adjusted the SAC ring, however the behavoir pointed directly to them not checking or adjusting the SAC ring.

Not sure if another LUK supplier is sending out the wrong throwout bearing or not, however almost 20 units went out with our group purchase alone last year, no issues.
