I zip-tied the cooler core to the stock ic bracket, which I had to cut and hammer flat (so that the mounting lip with rubber grommets is vertical rather than horizontal) to make room for the oil cooler and ps cooler cores.
Duh pre-fitted the lines and fittings to their specs. I should have measured the length of hose and fitting angles before I installed it. I will a photo send that shows all of the pieces laid out, so it shouldn't be too hard to figure out.
The LI-S4 style "gut this/cut this/make this" center grill piece no longer fits because the core sticks out too far. I could just glue the RS4 mesh to the bumper cover but it won't fit cleanly. The two side grills fit but I had to trim the center clips to clear the core, and now they do not firmly clip in, hence the bulges toward the center of the car.
Rain is not a problem with the SDR hood. Most of the water will run down the space between the radiator and motor. To be safe during the rainy season,I do install the center engine cover to protect the map sensor.
