ST-40's a was happy with them, but there is a slight noticeable difference on the track after a few hot laps where they do not fade at all. The calipers are super stiff and are very easy to change brake pads. In all honesty I have not had a chance to drive a car with the Alcon's, but it would be a stretch to compare unless I had the opportunity on the track. They would probably be my second choice as I have heard good things from everybody who has them.
