I'll pass on arguing the third point since I know nothing about the 996TT. I'm curious as to how you determined the maximum safe speed for stock brakes? What is that value?
If your statement about the track is correct every ACNA DE should come with a warning to show up with upgraded brakes, or don't show up at all. I agree that there are some circumstances where the stock brakes would be inadequate at a track. I disagree with the notion that if you plan to attend a track event you need a BBK, or else you're going to ruin your stock brakes.
