downfall of the oem brakes, rather it is the rotor that is a fairly worthless piece of metal. I say this because it cannot absorb nor shed the massive amount of heat that an Alcon, Brembo, Stoptech, etc can and still stop the car effectively. (To further differentiate, the more expensive kits from Alcon and Brembo here can absorb even more heat than the less expensive Stoptech or Brembo kits.
