Are all the bearings in the engine aluminum? Or just the cam bearings?

I would be thinking a bearing of some kind. Headgaskets, in my experiece, are quite noticable when they go. Now bearings on the other hand.... I have had some really interesting experieces when bearings go on engines. Most started out just like this.
